CANCELLATION REQUEST BEFORE DESPATCH OF ORDER

In case you cancel your order before the delivery boy has left for delivery NO CHARGES will be levied.

CANCELLATION REQUEST AFTER DESPATCH OF ORDER

In case you cancel your order after the delivery boy has left for your address a nominal charge of Rs. 200.00 per order will be levied for Cash-on-Delivery orders.

In case the product sent to you is found to be in damaged or defective condition, please report the same to the delivery boy who has come to your place. We shall humbly send a replacement product  at no extra cost once the problem has been verified.
