All products sold by www.BATTERYY.in  come with a manufacturer’s warranty and proper bill. There are no hidden costs, extra taxes, or additional shipping charges on products offered by us. We provide FREE delivery of products to the customer unless specified while confirming the order from the customer.

Order Placement and Delivery 

Car Batteries

• Customers can place an order online 24×7, 7 Days a Week. All orders for Car Batteries received by 5:00 PM are installed the same day after proper telephonic confirmation with the customer. However due to unavoidable reasons, if same-day delivery is not possible, orders will be delivered the next day with prior intimation.
• Orders received after 5.00 P.M are delivered the next day ASAP.
• The standard time of delivery is 4 Hours*
• Deliveries start from 10:00 AM onwards every day.

Inverter Batteries & and Home UPS Inverters

• Customers can place an order online 24×7, 7 Days a Week. 
• All orders received for Inverter Batteries and Inverters shall be delivered and installed within 24 hours of placing the order. In case of an urgent requirement, the customer can call the support team and confirm the delivery before placing the order.
• Deliveries start from 10:00 AM onwards every day.

Online UPS & High-End Inverters

• Customers can place an order online 24×7, 7 Days a Week. 
• All orders received for Online UPS and High-End Inverters shall be delivered and installed within 24-48 hours of placing the order. In case of an urgent requirement, the customer can call the support team and confirm the delivery before placing the order.
• Deliveries start from 10:00 AM onwards every day.

Installation Information

• Installation of Car Batteries is FREE OF COST.
• Installation of Inverter Batteries for a location above the ground floor up to the second floor (without a working lift) is subject to nominal labour charges of Rs. 150.00 A working lift is mandatory for installation locations above the second floor.
• For Combo i.e. (Inverter batteries + Inverter machine) and the new inverter battery installation, the standard installation is limited to connecting with the mains with wire lengths up to 5 meters. It doesn’t cover any additional wiring/connections or any electrical accessories like wires, switches, sockets, etc. The customer agrees to bear the respective extra cost in case any extra work or the electrical item is required during installation.
